Create Jira Feature Request

This skill provides implementation guidance for creating Feature Requests in the RFE Jira project, which captures customer-driven enhancement requests.

When to Use This Skill

This skill is automatically invoked by the /jira:create feature-request RFE command to guide the feature request creation process.

Prerequisites
