Priority Levels
P0 - Fix Immediately (Blockers)
Must fix before merge - These issues prevent the code from working correctly or passing CI.
Categories:
- ❌ Type errors / mypy failures
- Missing type annotations
- Incorrect type usage
- Type inference failures
