Create GitHub pull requests using a custom template with auto-generated content based on commit analysis.

Prerequisites

• GitHub CLI (gh) must be installed and authenticated
• Must be in a git repository with commits to submit
• Remote repository must be configured

Quick Start

When the user asks to create a PR, follow this workflow:

1. Verify branch status
   • Check current branch and ensure commits exist
   • Verify or push branch to remote if needed
