Quick Start (First Time Setup)

If you're brand new and just want to get started quickly:

# 1. Check if Python is installed
python3 --version

# 2. Create project directory
mkdir ~/badge-projects
cd ~/badge-projects

# 3. Create virtual environment
python3 -m venv venv
