Overview
This skill provides Slack API operations with progressive disclosure for optimal context usage.

- MCP Mode: ~15,000 tokens always loaded (30+ tools)
- Skill Mode: ~500 tokens metadata + on-demand loading
Requirements
- SLACK_BOT_TOKEN environment variable (required)
- SLACK_SIGNING_SECRET environment variable (optional, for event verification)
