vite-threejs Debug Panel (Tweakpane)

Overview

Creates real-time parameter adjustment panels using Tweakpane. Activated via #debug URL hash.

Core principles:

• Every tunable parameter gets a control
• Colors must use view: 'color'
• Group panels hierarchically (max 3 levels)
