Create a Command

Project-scoped (shared with team):

mkdir -p .claude/commands
echo "Analyze this code for performance issues:" > .claude/commands/optimize.md

Personal (across all projects):

mkdir -p ~/.claude/commands
echo "Review this code for security vulnerabilities:" > ~/.claude/commands/security-review.md
