Improve a Sitefire agent

The loop turns "the output of run X is not good enough" into a published revision with a change note. The evidence comes from runs. The user picks the change. You apply it and ask before you publish.

The loop

Work through these nine steps in order. Do not skip step 3 or step 6.

1. Sample

Read the runs that the user names. If the user names none, call list_agent_runs for the last 15. Pick with the user the runs with a poor output, plus one or two good runs. The contrast shows the cause.
