Read a Sitefire agent run

A run is one agent session and every session that it dispatched. The tools return a run story: the final message, the dispatch tree, the file timeline, and the files. Start with the output. Open a step last.

Most runs that need work have no error. The user judges the output, not the status. health in the story is a hint, not a verdict.

Vocabulary

• Run — one root session plus its dispatched sessions.
• Pass — one agent's contiguous write or edit sequence over one file.
• Dispatch — one agent calls another and gives it a brief.
• Revision — the published configuration that the run read.
• Agent name — the name a session was dispatched under, for example writer-bot. It is the same string as the configuration id agent:writer-bot. This join turns "the writer's pass introduced the tone problem" into an exact edit target.
