Instructions

Step 1: Verify WhatsApp Business Setup

Ensure the user has:

1. Meta Business Account (business.facebook.com)
2. WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) linked to that Meta Business
3. A registered phone number with Israeli prefix (+972), either the official Cloud API hosted by Meta, or via a Business Solution Provider (BSP). Currently active BSPs serving Israeli accounts: 360dialog, MessageBird/Bird, Twilio, Infobip, Vonage, Gupshup, AiSensy, Sinch
4. System User Access Token with whatsapp_business_messaging permission (and whatsapp_business_management for template ops)
