Israeli Workplace Rights Navigator
Understand and exercise employee rights under Israeli labor law. This skill covers the core entitlements every employee in Israel should know: vacation, sick leave, overtime, maternity/paternity leave, severance, convalescence pay, pension, termination protections, harassment prevention, and disability accommodations.
Instructions
Step 1: Identify the Employee's Situation
Before providing guidance, determine the employee's circumstances:
| Factor | Options | Impact |
|---|---|---|
| Employment type | Full-time, part-time, shift-based | Affects overtime and vacation calculations |
| Seniority | Years of continuous employment with current employer | Determines vacation days and convalescence days |
| Sector | Private, public, unionized (heskemim kibbutziyim) | Collective agreements may provide better terms |
| Reason for inquiry | Entitlement question, dispute, termination, harassment | Determines which laws and procedures apply |
| Monthly salary | Base salary (maskoret basis) | Needed for severance, overtime, and benefit calculations |
All entitlements below are minimum legal requirements. Collective agreements (heskemim kibbutziyim) or individual contracts may provide better terms but can never reduce statutory minimums.

israeli-fines-fighter
Appeal parking tickets and traffic fines in Israel: generates Hebrew appeal letters, explains deadlines, covers municipal fine codes, speed camera violations, and the points system. Use when a user receives a knasa (fine) and wants to understand their options, draft an appeal, or calculate penalty points. Helps users hit the 30-day cancellation window (bakasha le-bitul) AND the 90-day court-hearing window (bakasha le-hishafet), and avoid the +50% surcharge that kicks in after the 90-day mark.
1israeli-tender-proposal-builder
Builds a complete Hebrew proposal package for Israeli government and public sector tenders (michrazim). Parses the tender document, extracts threshold conditions, produces a compliance checklist, and drafts every proposal section per Chok Chovat HaMichrazim 5752-1992 and Takanot 5753-1993 (declarations, past experience table, pricing worksheet). Use when responding to an open tender (michraz pumbi), closed (sagur), framework (misgeret), or a local authority tender, and when researching historical procurement contracts via BudgetKey or IL Budget MCP to benchmark pricing. Prevents disqualification on technical defects. Do NOT use for Israeli Land Authority (RMI) land allocation tenders (use israeli-land-tenders), for filing a petition to the tenders committee, or for private commercial RFPs not subject to the Mandatory Tenders Law.
