- Tariffs are set by the Electricity Authority (רשות החשמל)
- Time-of-use (TOU) pricing available for smart meter customers
Water (מים):
- Mekorot (מקורות) is the national water company supplying bulk water
- Municipal water corporations (taagidei mayim) handle local distribution
- Tiered pricing: ascending block tariff system where price per cubic meter increases with consumption
