Authenticated targets

For explicitly authorized authenticated scans, read references/authenticated-scans.md before execution. Require paired storage state and per-target URL/readiness assertions. Do not infer access approval from possession of a state file. Stop on authentication failure; do not treat a login page as a successful target. Discovery remains unauthenticated. Keep state out of version control and artifacts.

Architecture

This skill operates as a single layer. It reads the project environment, runs automated accessibility tools, maps findings to compliance standards, and produces output in a configurable format. No external skill dependency is required.
