(title it AltSchool Portal QA runbook and pin it). This skill is the
durable procedure that later tasks should load.

Default driver is agent-browser with encrypted profiles. Use the in-app browser when the user asks to watch Codex Desktop, a portal tab is already open there, or a local/preview URL should be visible in the app. See references/browser-drivers.md.
