Complete reference for all Prisma CLI commands. This skill provides guidance on command usage, options, and best practices for Prisma ORM 7.x.
Keep prisma, @prisma/client, and every driver adapter on the same stable 7.x version. For a new v7 setup, the currently verified compatible target is 7.10.0; do not use prisma@latest while it resolves to the Prisma 8 release candidate. Recheck the v7 CLI documentation and npm dist-tags before changing this pin.

Prisma 7.10 initializes prisma7.config.ts and resolves it before legacy prisma.config.ts. Edit the config the CLI reports loading, or pass --config explicitly; otherwise changes to datasource or seed settings in the legacy file can be ignored. Earlier 7.x projects may still use the legacy filename.
