Deepen a Plan

Use the active runtime equivalents in RUNTIME_TOOLS.md. Shared authority, model, and delegation policy in agents/shared/AGENTS.md remains authoritative.

Input

Resolve the plan path from the user's invocation or current conversation. A plan may include:

• spec.md for the human-readable plan
• prd.json for executable stories
• brainstorm.md for shaping context
• detailed documents referenced by spec.md

If more than one plausible plan exists and the conversation does not identify one, ask the user to choose. Do not interpret $ARGUMENTS as a shell variable.
