Usage

/awaken              # Start (default: Soul Sync ~20min)
/awaken --fast       # Fast mode (~5min) — select at prompt
/awaken --soul-sync  # Upgrade existing Fast Oracle → Soul Sync
/awaken --reawaken   # Re-sync existing Oracle with current state
