Statsig to Confidence Migration
REST-driven, self-sufficient migration from Statsig to Confidence. This skill is fully self-contained: it defines both the Statsig-specific migration logic AND all the Confidence-side conventions it relies on (payload formats, naming rules, the flag setup sequence, the execute flow, etc.).
SDK Preference
ALWAYS prefer OpenFeature with local resolve.
