Spree Marketplace (Sellers, Commissions, Payouts)

Everything in this skill ships in open-source Spree 6 — sellers, onboarding, product review, order splitting, commissions, the payout ledger, Stripe Connect and the seller panel. There's no "marketplace mode" switch: a store becomes a marketplace when it has sellers. Most marketplaces are configuration, not code; write code only for a new requirement kind, commission rule, payout provider, or a bespoke seller app.

Spree Enterprise only: refund clawbacks and netting across settlements, reconciliation against provider statements, KYC operations, seller tax reporting (DAC7), and marking a seller platform for tax remittance (marketplace-facilitator). Don't promise these on OSS.
