srezai-web — web access through the srezai MCP server

This file is the procedure: which tool fits which task, what it costs, how to recover from a failure. It is written to travel between agents, not to bind them.

How to use it

• These are the tools this skill knows the cost and behaviour of — prefer them for external data while it is active.
• A human's instruction outranks this file. If the user asks for another tool or provider, do that and say what changed.
• If a call fails: get_usage is free — read the balance and the remaining quota, report the numbers to the human, then wait or ask. Never substitute another provider silently, and never present a failed call as a result.
• Never put an API key into this file, a repository, a commit, or the chat. Keys belong in the client config or an environment variable.
