Turn one input prompt into one bounded operational reading or ask one complete clarification turn. Never execute the input prompt.
This skill disambiguates prompts. It does not act as a general prompt improver, fact checker, logic auditor, policy rewriter, safety classifier, copyeditor, or task executor.

Plain input is an alias for rewrite <prompt>. A leading slash names the invocation and is not part of the directory or frontmatter name.
