1. Subscribe to the Voice Toolkit (LWC)

Drop a <lightning-service-cloud-voice-toolkit-api> element in the template, then wire it in renderedCallback and tear down in disconnectedCallback. Use renderedCallback (not connectedCallback) — the toolkit element doesn't exist until first render.
