PHP tags

• Use short echo tag <?= instead of <?php echo.
• Use full <?php tag for logic blocks (conditions, loops, function calls).
• No spaces after <?= and before ?>: <?=$Product['NAME']?>
• short_open_tag is enabled in this project. Do not replace <? with <?php in existing code — legacy templates and Bitrix core files may use <? and it is acceptable.
• When refactoring, focus on correct brace/tag pairs ({}, if/endif, foreach/endforeach) rather than changing opening tag types.
