Debugging Nika runs

Execution journals are enabled by default under .nika/traces/. A refusal before execution, disabled recording or lost ownership can leave no complete journal. Start from the available runtime evidence, not a memory of terminal scroll; a receipt alone does not prove a sealed journal exists.
