Use this skill to create or review PRDs in this repository.

Default approach

• Keep PRDs concise and implementation-oriented.
• Prefer concrete bullet points over long prose.
• Include only information needed to decide and deliver.

Required sections

1. Problem Statement (what is missing/broken and why now)
2. Goals (desired outcomes)
3. Non-Goals (explicitly out of scope)
4. Users / Personas (who benefits or is affected)
5. Success Metrics (measurable outcomes)
6. Product Requirements (functional and non-functional requirements)
7. Risks & Open Questions (unknowns, assumptions, dependencies)
