Customer Advisory Board Review

Use this skill to convert a customer advisory boards, design partners, roadmap signal, member selection, agendas, commitments, and feedback loops question into a concrete artifact with owners, gates, metrics, and recovery paths.

Workflow

1. Identify target customer segment, decision questions, member criteria, influence boundaries, confidentiality needs, incentives, cadence, and owner.
2. Read references/customer-advisory-board-patterns.md.
3. Classify format: advisory board, design partner group, beta cohort, creator council, executive council, research panel, or community roundtable.
4. Define selection criteria, agenda, discussion prompts, evidence capture, commitment policy, follow-up, roadmap linkage, and member health checks.
5. Produce CAB plan, state machine, decision table, event schema, facilitation checklist, and anti-bias guardrails.
