Use this skill to convert executive business review, QBR/EBR cadence, strategic account value reviews, executive sponsor alignment, renewal risk, expansion planning, adoption narrative, and action-register questions into a concrete artifact with owners, gates, metrics, and recovery paths.

Workflow

1. Identify account tier, customer goals, executive audience, sponsor map, usage and ROI evidence, renewal window, expansion hypothesis, open risks, roadmap asks, support history, and decision owners.
2. Read references/executive-business-review-operating-system-patterns.md.
3. Classify the situation as first executive review, quarterly business review, renewal-risk review, expansion review, implementation recovery review, sponsor-change review, or strategic roadmap alignment review.
4. Define review cadence, prep workflow, agenda, value evidence, adoption metrics, risk register, roadmap ask handling, action owners, follow-up rhythm, and renewal/expansion signal capture.
5. Produce EBR operating system, state machine, decision table, event schema, agenda template, action register, sponsor map, and follow-up plan.
