Workflow

1. Identify audience, launch type, novelty, product truth, proof, channel, and desired action.
2. Read references/launch-narrative-systems.md.
3. Map problem, old way, new way, product proof, audience fit, objections, and CTA.
4. Separate narrative, claims, evidence, demo assets, distribution channels, and support readiness.
5. Produce a launch narrative with channel adaptations and claim-risk review.
