Verification adapter

Give an independent Product Validator a maintained way to operate the exact candidate through real product surfaces. Create project-owned infrastructure; do not install a shared runtime, choose a universal automation technology, or decide whether a product journey passes.

Build only the capability required by an accepted gate. First check whether an existing command or bounded manual procedure already provides faithful evidence; if it does, use that path without creating an adapter package. Agree on a bounded capability pilot before expanding infrastructure. Missing unrelated capabilities do not enlarge the goal.
