Selection boundary. Automatic selection supplies terminal design policy only. Gallery, view, fixture, or golden writes need task authorization, and blessing remains a user decision. Freeze, capture, and production mutation are separately authorized work.

A terminal interface is a character grid, which makes it the one medium where a design reference can be exact: the design is a rendered frame, the implementation is a rendered frame, and "matches the design" is byte equality in a test instead of a judgement in a review. This skill produces that reference — screens rendered by ratatui from fixture data, iterated with the user, and frozen as golden frames the implementation must reproduce.
