Selection boundary. Automatic selection supplies web design policy only. Design-route or component writes need task authorization, and blessing remains a user decision. Baseline freeze, capture, and production mutation are separately authorized work.

A web screen designed outside the application is a picture of a design; a screen rendered by the application is the design. This skill produces the second kind: a design route inside the real TanStack Start app, built from the installed shadcn/ui components with fixture data, iterated with the user in the browser until blessed. The screen component the route renders is the component the real page ships, so the implementation matches the design by construction.
