Orchestrator + 11 core pipeline sub-agents + 3 planned extension sub-agents. Data flows left → right. The Manager (sub-agent 1) sequences all sub-agents, runs the self-heal loop (≤ 3 retries), enforces the HITL gate, and writes the run log.
