This Python module itself does not contain obvious malicious payloads (no eval/exec, no file/network actions). The main security concern is a trust-boundary/execution risk: it runs `node scripts/cli.mjs` with cwd determined by WIND_SKILL_DIR (or registry discovery). If WIND_SKILL_DIR can be manipulated to an attacker-controlled directory, this fragment can be used to execute arbitrary local Node code packaged in that directory. Receipt parsing is standard json decoding of untrusted output and appears robust enough to avoid code execution in this file, though nested JSON decoding could affect correctness.
