The runtime workflow is invoked via unity_audio_asset.py and ingests outsider-authored free text only when the user explicitly provides --prompt (for sfx) or --text (for tts), then forwards that text directly to ElevenLabs; there is no separate, automatic reading of external feed/queue items.
