One question, answered N times, judged against a rubric the human ratified before anything spawned. You orchestrate; the board shows every candidate live; the plan and the gates belong to the human.

The arena is expensive on purpose. Four runners plus a judge for one decision only pays when the decision is a one-way door — a shape every downstream thing inherits and nobody can revise cheaply. Running one over a settled shape is an expensive way to agree with yourself. Say so and use /helix-loop or plain work instead.
