One job, cut into slices nobody else touches, merged into one report. You orchestrate; the board shows coverage first and every slice beside it; the plan and the gates belong to the human.

Coverage is the load-bearing idea. A worker that read 96 of 1,390 files and says "pass" produces a line indistinguishable from one that read everything. The server rejects a report without read and total for exactly that reason, and the board draws thin coverage in amber. An unstated sample is how a survey becomes a claim nobody made.
