Purpose and capabilities are mostly aligned: this is a discovery/install skill for other skills. The main concern is transitive trust: it directs installation and temporary use of third-party skills from an open ecosystem, and the underlying CLI supports broad external sources. Not malicious on its face, but it is security-sensitive and should be treated as suspicious/high-risk due to supply-chain and prompt-injection exposure.
