Session Wrap-Up

A quick routine to close out a coding session. Captures what was done and sets up the next session for success.

When to Use

Run /wrap-up when:

• Ending a coding session
• Done for the day
• Switching to a different project
• Before a break longer than a few hours
• User says "wrap up", "let's wrap", "done for today"

IMPORTANT: Always Save Session Notes

This skill MUST save a session log file. Don't just output to screen - future sessions depend on this context.
