Prerequisites

Before writing TT-Lang kernels, confirm your environment:

Verify ttl and ttnn Python packages are available (import ttl; import ttnn)
Verify hardware access or functional simulator is working
If you are having problems connecting to a device, use the tt-connect-remote-device skill which has a smoke test to verify everything is working, or ask the user how to proceed
