SUSPICIOUS. The planning workflow itself is coherent and mostly benign local file manipulation, and the install references are standard package-manager commands. The main concern is the optional overnight.sh generator: it creates an unattended Claude Code run with bypassPermissions, which is proportionally risky even though the skill discloses it, asks for approval before chmod, and says never launch it automatically.
