BUG-7781 cannot move to Verified. Staging contains the fix commit, but the implementation still permits an overdraw: the second 800-cent withdrawal succeeds, the view reports 0 instead of the expected 200, and the stored row is -600. The wallet view test passes while missing the stored-state failure; reconciliation reports 14 negative-balance wallets.
