SKILL.md requires fetching an XML sitemap you provide and then retrieving each listed URL’s rendered and HTTP headers to check for noindex directives, which means outsider-authored free text is only ingested insofar as it is present in that externally authored sitemap/page content; the workflow does not ingest any arbitrary outsider text feed unless it is part of the user’s selected sitemap/URLs.
