SUSPICIOUS. The core capability is coherent: reading the user's own local prompt history to derive goals and save them for display. There is no meaningful command-injection behavior in the skill text and no built-in remote installer. The main risk is privacy and trust-boundary expansion: sensitive prompt history is funneled into a third-party local claude-mem service on localhost rather than a clearly first-party Anthropic state store.
