Short Format Video

Write a short-format video as one document with two halves:

1. Spoken script: the exact words OrcDev says to camera, beat by beat.
2. Shot list / video script: the same beats timed out with camera angle, framing, captions, on-screen graphics, B-roll and cut notes.

Both halves share the same beat numbers, so an editor (human or AI) can cut the video from this document plus the raw footage without asking a single question. If the shot list cannot be handed to a stranger with the footage and produce the video, it is not finished.
