UX Audit

End-user usability and accessibility audit for any interface real people use — flows, forms, navigation, error states, and assistive-technology paths. Provenance and grounding sources live in skill.json; this file is runtime routing only.

Produces: audit-report.md per use case (usability / accessibility / form / navigation / error-recovery); tracked reviews also emit ux-audit-findings-ledger-<date>-<slug>.md + ux-audit-workflow-state-<date>-<slug>.json.

Boundaries

Do NOT use to AUDIT developer-facing surfaces such as APIs, SDKs, CLIs, or dev docs (use dx-audit), to BUILD or visually polish UI, design systems, or prototypes (use ui-design), or for agent-operable UI/app interaction surfaces (use agent-ux), or agent-native docs like AGENTS.md/llms.txt (use agent-docs).
