Parse the user's invocation:

• /stacksmith-ops checkpoint ... -> checkpoint mode
• /stacksmith-ops learn ... -> learn mode
• /stacksmith-ops health -> health mode
• /stacksmith-ops retro -> retro mode

If no mode is provided, ask which ops mode they want.

All timeline logs in this skill use:
