Command routing

Parse the user's invocation:

• /stacksmith-qa -> full QA mode
• /stacksmith-qa --report-only -> report-only mode
• /stacksmith-qa --quick [URL] -> quick variant

If both --report-only and --quick are present, stay in report-only mode and use the quick scope.

All timeline logs in this skill use:
