This is a remote-desktop launcher, not evidently malware. It deliberately enables remote access and disables KWin permission checks; the optional LD_PRELOAD path can load arbitrary code if an attacker can control the environment or selected library. Passing the password on the command line may expose it to local process inspection. Review the deployment context and protect the script, environment, preload library, and credentials.
