SUSPICIOUS: the skill’s core purpose is coherent, and install/data-flow trust is largely benign, but it is high-risk because it grants an autonomous agent authority to change public DNS/TLS infrastructure and silently persist telemetry locally without confirmation. This is more a dangerous deployment skill than confirmed malware.
