Verify tinyanalytics tracking — observed data or it didn't happen

You need: the site's siteId, an API key (in .env/environment), and the origin ($ORIGIN, cloud: https://dash.tinyanalytics.io). The endpoint truth lives at $ORIGIN/setup.md — fetch it if anything below 404s.

The loop

1. Note the time. Trigger one real browser pageview on the tracked site — open it yourself if you can drive a browser, otherwise ask the user to. A curl hit does NOT count: non-browser user agents are dropped by the bot filter by design.
2. Poll every 10 seconds, up to 120 seconds:
